Joining the meeting

1. You need to register with Zoom https://zoom.us/ and set a password
2. Find a quiet room or get a pair of ear phones
3. Connect to Zoom on your PC or phone about 15 mins before the meeting, because it can be a bit fiddly the first time.
4. Click on Join A Meeting
5. Enter the meeting ID number that you have been given and join the meeting
6. Click on Computer Audio

In the meeting

1. We will have a chair who will start at the start time and go through the agenda.

2. Someone will introduce each item but wait to be called by the chair

3. Once the item has been introduced if you want to say something then call out your own name and chair will put you on the list (there is also a button on the screen to put your hand up but I’m not sure if the chair will see it if they are not also the host).

4. Wait to be called in by the chair
